About Me
- Mark Weatherhead
- Gestating in the shadow of the Shropshire Hills, the Artist was moulded by Grimm Riffs, Dark Music, Isolation, Asian Horror Movies and an infatuation for the Macabre. Influenced by religious art, philosophy and misanthropy to generate imagery on flesh, canvas and camera; nourished by Mayhem and Jägermeister. The Artists obsession compels him to spend hours hunched over a specimen, a canvas or a computer creating imagery with uncompromising detail at the expense of his own posture. From Skulls and Demons from the Urinal of Beelzebub himself to spiky logos or quirky illustrations the Artist strives to bring individuality to every subject set before him.
